I really meant to make regular posts regarding the store, but life and time just kinda get in the way.
I've been concentrating on finding rare and cool vintage diecast cars over the last few months to list here on the site. There are many cars I've always wanted to find. The problem with me as a collector, I get excited to find the car only to put it in a box and not look at it for months or even years. I would much rather enjoy the chase and having the car if only for a short time before allowing another collector to add it to their collection.
I'm constantly hunting for cars to offer here through online sites, local collector events or even buying from another collector who is reducing their collection. This allows me to keep my prices fair compared to so many others who set a fixed price at what they feel the car is worth without doing any research to find what it actually sells for. Remember, this is a hobby and every diecast car is worth exactly what a buyer is willing to may and no more.
Regarding the new cars I used to pick up and offer, I'm having a more difficult time finding them at a price that is good for me and allows me to make a small profit while still allowing you the buyer a good piece at a fair price. I love the cars from Pop Race, but its getting harder and harder to find them at a cost where I would not lose money on the sale.
So the site here will remain in a constant state of change with a focus on providing quality diecast cars, wheels, and dioramas at prices that are affordable to the collectors.
